Melvin Washington was former NFL draft pick for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, drafted No. 292 overall. In college, he was better knows for his track speed (an unofficial 4.24 in the 40) rather than his footballing. Washington could not make the Buccaneers' roster and was released during training camp.
